Meet the members of our leadership team:
Juvencio is a fourth-year studying economics and molecular engineering. He is originally from Cádiz, Spain, but grew up in Seville, Madrid, London, and New Delhi. He joined Prism in the fall of his second year and most recently co-led an engagement to strategize parent and business outreach efforts for a local Chicago-area school district. As President, Juvencio helps lead and oversee the direction of the entire organization, working closely with all the divisions in Prism and its different stakeholders. Last summer, he worked at Boston Consulting Group (BCG), helping a large meat producer and retailer enter the alternative protein space to start selling plant-based and cultivated meat; next year, he will be returning to BCG as an associate. In his free time, Juvencio enjoys playing and watching sports, especially soccer, surfing, golf, F1, and chess.
Co-Director of Pro Bono Consulting
Nik is a fourth-year from Dallas, TX, studying statistics, economics, and computer science. He joined Prism in the fall of his second year and most recently led an engagement to strategize an expansion plan for a state-run business education nonprofit; this quarter, he is leading a project with a VC firm to create investment theses for the medical device space. As Co-Director of Pro Bono Consulting, Nik helps lead the three consulting engagements the Pro Bono Division runs each quarter and assists in recruiting efforts. Last summer, he worked as an associate consultant intern at Bain & Company, running several diligences for a healthcare-focused private equity fund; next year, he will be returning to Bain as an associate consultant. In his free time, Nik enjoys playing cards, solving escape rooms, and catching up on the latest and greatest in the MCU.
Co-Director of Pro Bono Consulting
Albert is a fourth-year from Shenzhen, China, studying economics and psychology. He joined Prism in the spring of his first year and served as Director of Recruiting during his second year. During his time in Prism, he has participated in four projects, including one that analyzed post-COVID travel trends for a major hotel chain. For his most recent project, he acted as the project manager and devised a target customer group analysis for a furniture startup. As Co-Director of Pro Bono Consulting, Albert helps lead the three consulting engagements each quarter and assists in recruiting efforts. Last summer, he worked at Morgan Stanley Securities as a summer analyst; after graduation, he will be joining Boston Consulting Group (BCG) in the Shanghai office as a full-time associate. In his free time, he follows European soccer and F1.
Director of Consulting Training
Doris is a fourth-year from Shanghai, China, majoring in environmental and urban studies and philosophy. She joined Prism in the fall of her second year and most recently served as a project manager on an engagement to develop strategic positioning for a hotel’s expansion project in Thailand. Previously, Doris served as a senior consultant on an engagement for a farming technology startup aimed at entering into new markets in Asia. As Director of Consulting Training, Doris plans and organizes Prism's Bootcamp (offered during Fall and Spring quarters) and assists in recruiting. Previously, she worked as a research analyst intern at McKinsey & Company to help advise the next-5-year strategy for a leading Chinese paper manufacturing company; last summer, she worked as a Summer Associate in the Shanghai office of Boston Consulting Group (BCG), where she plans to return full-time. In her free time, Doris enjoys art, watching reality TV shows, and exploring different restaurants with her friends.
Director of Client Sourcing
Wesley is a third-year from Houston, TX, studying business economics and philosophy. He joined Prism in the fall of his first year and has served as a senior consultant and project manager on different engagements throughout his time in the club. On his most recent engagement, he was the project manager for Go Live, a multi-media entertainment complex considering creating an Esports Little League; now, as Director of Client Sourcing, he finds, contacts, and interviews potential clients for pro bono engagements with Prism. This past summer, Wesley worked for GOOSE Capital, an early-stage venture capital firm in Houston; next summer, he will be working as an associate consultant for Bain & Company in Austin, TX. In addition to Prism, Wesley is a member of the varsity football team, the Dougan scholars cohort, the college chess league team, the Fellowship of Christian Athletes, and about a dozen IM sports.
Director of Finance and Competitions
Hesper is a third-year currently pursuing a double major in economics and political science with a minor in computer science. She is from Beijing, China, and has lived in Singapore since middle school. She joined Prism in the fall of her first year and has been involved with several engagements since, including a market entry project with a prestigious business school as well as expansion strategy planning for an agri-tech firm. Her most recent engagement involved outreach management for a local Chicago-area school district. Last summer, Hesper interned at a venture capital firm with a portfolio focus on blockchain and financial technologies; she is planning to engage in political economy and public policy-related fields in the future. In her free time, Hesper enjoys hiking, experimenting with different recipes, and reading historical novels.
Director of Recruiting
Password is a fourth-year from Bangkok, Thailand, studying economics and public policy. She joined Prism in the spring of her first year and served as the Co-Director of Pro Bono Consulting during her second and third years. During her time in Prism, she has worked on two strategy projects and sourced multiple clients for the Pro Bono Division. As Director of Recruiting, Password heads tasks related to both new member recruitment as well as internal Pro Bono Division promotions. Last summer, she worked as an associate consultant intern at Bain & Company in the Bangkok office and will be returning there full-time upon graduation. In her free time, Password enjoys cycling, hiking, and going out to eat at new restaurants around town.
