Prism worked with an agricultural technology company to improve the user stickiness of their mobile app. We outlined improvements in feature prioritization and pricing incentives by interviewing a sample of their customer base to discern how the app's offerings could best fit their needs.

Prism worked with an online booking startup to help them better price their product offerings. In the process, we analyzed transaction data in order to determine relevant trends in consumer spending; we also assessed the competitive landscape of the associated industry.

Prism worked with an information services company that partners with auto insurers to evaluate their market position in the auto insurance space. We then developed and presented a plan for them to expand into the property insurance space.

Prism worked with an after-school program nonprofit to reduce their bus transportation costs. After conducting an analysis on how the program's bus fleet was utilized, we discovered several inefficiencies and suggested ways in which they could reduce costs and secure new contracts.

Prism worked with a FoodTech social venture client based in St. Louis to help them evaluate the competitive landscape for a potential expansion into the Chicago market. After flagging the major competitors, we presented a plan for doubling revenues upon entering Chicago.

Prism worked with a fresh foods startup to develop their go-to-market strategy for entering a new market with their new line of business. For this project, we conducted market research, competitive analysis, and pricing data analysis to recommend an optimal new market.
